Lead Climbing Outdoors
Come and learn about placing nuts, cams and hexes, using natural anchors and tying to belays. Before your ready to lead we have many different methods to learning the skills from setting up your own top ropes, building your own belays on multi pitch routes, placing gear on second and more traditional static sessions. If your feeling confident, then our aim is to put you on the sharp end. This will be with an instructor on a rope close at hand, to help you along the way.
• Gear Placements & Rope Management
• Building Belays
• Leading with an Instructor Supervising
Throughout the course common problems that occur will be addressed both on safety and following routes. We will also introduce you to basic rescues and common problems at the crag.
