Enjoying Coasteering

Sea 2 summit can organise and cater for Cub, Scout & Explorer groups from 5 to normally up to 30 people in size, offering outdoor multi-activity courses. It was setup by Gareth Davies, who was an active beaver, cub, scout and venture with 2nd Greasby on the Wirral.

These courses can include a combination of activities listed below, either run as day or half day sessions. Every group has a different aim, and we will personalise your course to make sure that your group gets the most from it.

If you’re just looking for fun and enjoyment, then that’s no problem. We can also help the Scouts if they are working towards any particular badges, educating groups in the natural environment, promoting team work and communication, challenging individuals but making sure achievements are always made.

Prices are no more than £32.50 per person per day or for an instructor £270 who can take up to 10 people. However depending on group size we often offer 10% discounts. Accommodation can also be included in the package from £6.50 per head.

Coasteering
Excitement and enjoyment next to the sea. Scramble across cliffs, swim in the sea, jump off rocks and be part of a journey in a beautiful and inspiring setting. This is one of our most popular activities.

Rock Climbing
Try your best to climb one of our local cliffs - but don't worry the ropes will stop you falling, no matter how high you are. It is also possible to abseil and boulder (moving on rock close to the ground) in this session.

Gorge Walking
Past waterfalls and pools, over rocks and cliffs you ascend up the gorge, in a beautiful setting. Getting wet is part of the fun, with a pool jump at the top to end on a high.

Canoeing / Kayaking
Using some of the scenic lakes of North Wales, you can discover the delights of kayaking (single person, double blade) or canoeing (like an Indian canoe). If you book for a day it is also possible to incorporate an introductory journey down a river or on the sea.

Mountain Walking
There is something special about experiencing the serenity of the Welsh mountains. Walks can be chosen to suit all fitness levels - from the highest Snowdon, to quiet lower peaks in the Moelwyns.

Orienteering / Team Building / Mountain Biking
Other activities can be added please email for further details.
